About the role
- Transform how customers make critical business decisions by onboarding them onto Taktile and ensuring they get real value from the platform.
- Act as a trusted advisor supporting customers to reach their goals and maximizing Taktile’s impact.
- Work on complex Taktile deployments in production; own technical delivery from scoping to stable production.
- Design solution architectures, develop decision logic and AI agents, and align with key customer stakeholders.
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience and rapid time to value.
- Partner with Taktile’s product management team to convert customer needs into actionable product insights influencing the product roadmap.
- Develop reusable resources, best practices, and tools to scale the forward deployed engineering function across the organisation.
Requirements
- Strong technical background, preferred in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, and Data Science.
- Strong expertise in Python and SQL.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs.
- Ability to build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders at all levels; customer-centric mindset.
- Creative and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative team player; works well with product teams, engineers and GTM team.
- Humble with a growth mindset and willingness to learn new skills and methodologies.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Ideal: 1+ years of experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solution Engineer, Implementation Specialist or equivalent within a B2B SaaS company (e.g. internships).
- Ideal: Experience building AI applications and applying/optimizing statistical and machine learning models to solve business problems.
- Ideal: Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Ideal: Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
