• Perform customer service, visits, prospecting and negotiations with clients, providing feedback to the Regional Manager to determine the best technical and commercial strategy;
• Prepare and present sales proposals — technical and commercial;
• Develop solutions according to each customer's needs;
• Conduct market analysis and develop new clients and areas of operation;
• Work on prospecting and deals, managing your own portfolio and strategically supporting the inside sales representative's portfolio in your region;
• Be proactive and act strategically in customer-facing activities on a daily basis;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

• Monitor the company's accounts receivable portfolio;
• Conduct active customer collections;
• Keep information up to date by performing collections and accounts receivable back-office tasks;
• Provide support to customers and other departments to align information;
• Enter, review, and manage data in Excel;
• Generate reports and enter data into the SAP system;
• Other departmental duties.
