About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct customer service, site visits, prospecting and commercial negotiations, providing feedback to area management;
  • Identify the best technical and commercial strategies to close deals;
  • Present sales proposals for power generators using a consultative approach and commercial selling techniques;
  • Develop commercial solutions tailored to each client's needs;
  • Analyze, initiate and develop new client accounts in the power generation segment;
  • Work on prospecting and sales activities, managing your own portfolio and strategically supporting the internal sales representative's portfolio in your region;
  • Be proactive and engage strategically with clients on a daily basis;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Managerial Processes, or related fields;
  • Proven experience in the power generation sector;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite;
  • Strong negotiation skills; proactive, organized, and able to communicate clearly and actively.
