About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Control inventory turnover and stock levels for industrial items;
Monitor management systems by analyzing the ABC curve;
Define quantities and delivery dates for materials to be purchased;
Update reorder price lists to ensure the system is kept current;
Solicit quotations from suppliers, issue purchase orders and monitor the delivery process;
Prepare reorder price lists ensuring the system is constantly up to date;
Issue purchase orders with suppliers;
Maintain ongoing contact with Quality Management to ensure alignment of information.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must reside in Porto Alegre or the metropolitan area;
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Commercial Management, Management Processes, or related fields;
Proficient in MS Office with intermediate Excel skills;
Experience in Procurement/Supplies;
Critical and strategic analytical ability;
Proactive, responsible, focused, and with good communication skills.
