About the role
- Help customers successfully onboard and begin using Steer/AutoOps websites through video calls, emails, and phone calls
- Generate and proof content using AI tools
- Review and update website designs using the Duda platform
- Fulfill customer website edit revision requests using the Duda platform (text updates, images, layout changes, etc.)
- Track and monitor all assigned customer issues and requests through resolution, ensuring customers are updated regularly
- Prioritize and complete tasks within SLA (typically 1 business day), delivering high-quality and timely support
- Collaborate with technical support, development, and product teams to drive successful launches and feature adoption
- Maintain documentation of common requests and edge cases to help scale the support process
- Proactively identify and mitigate cancellations, seeking assistance internally as needed
- Build and cultivate consultative customer relationships to ensure strong product usage and adoption of new capabilities
- Provide strategic insights and feedback to the Product team on product improvements and adoption
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in onboarding where you owned a time target
- Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or a similar CRM tool
- Experience using a Content Management Tool such as Duda, Wix, or Squarespace
- Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships, uncover opportunities for growth, and resolve customer concerns
- Ability to manage escalations, collaborating with internal teams to ensure resolution
- Fast learner with the ability to pick up new software and processes quickly
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Must be located in the United States (US only)
