Provide individualized career coaching, including resume reviews, interview preparation and job search strategies.
Design and organize events for graduates focusing on career readiness and personal branding.
Foster and support alumni ambassadors.
Maintain accurate records of graduate placement data and provide regular reports on outcomes.
Use data to identify trends and identify areas for program improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, education, human resources, or related field.
3+ years of experience in career services, recruitment, community building or a related area.
Excellent written and spoken English.
German language is a strong plus.
Track record of strong networking and relationship management skills.
Familiarity with tech talent acquisition best practices and hiring trends.
Exceptional organizational skills and project management skills.
Ability to learn new technical tools and platforms.
