About the role

  • Set up and deploy CRM campaigns (emails, push, in-app), ensuring high quality and on-time delivery
  • Support segmentation and targeting using existing and new audience lists
  • Assist in managing and QAing CRM lifecycle journeys
  • Execute, analyze and document A/B tests
  • Monitor performance dashboards and flag anomalies
  • Keep campaign briefs, templates, and documentation organized and up to date
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and commercial teams on campaign requirements
  • Work closely with Senior CRM Manager and SFMC Developer to ensure smooth operations and data-driven improvements

Requirements

  • First experience in CRM role (internship, working student role, or 1–3 years professional)
  • Hands-on experience with an ESP (experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a big plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline
  • Responsibility: ability to own campaigns end-to-end
  • Analytical mindset — able to interpret campaign results and identify improvements
  • Motivated, curious, and comfortable learning new tools and systems
  • Fluent German and very good English skills (spoken & written)
  • Asks whether permanent employees require visa support (permanent employees must reside in Germany)
