About the role
- Set up and deploy CRM campaigns (emails, push, in-app), ensuring high quality and on-time delivery
- Support segmentation and targeting using existing and new audience lists
- Assist in managing and QAing CRM lifecycle journeys
- Execute, analyze and document A/B tests
- Monitor performance dashboards and flag anomalies
- Keep campaign briefs, templates, and documentation organized and up to date
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and commercial teams on campaign requirements
- Work closely with Senior CRM Manager and SFMC Developer to ensure smooth operations and data-driven improvements
Requirements
- First experience in CRM role (internship, working student role, or 1–3 years professional)
- Hands-on experience with an ESP (experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a big plus)
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline
- Responsibility: ability to own campaigns end-to-end
- Analytical mindset — able to interpret campaign results and identify improvements
- Motivated, curious, and comfortable learning new tools and systems
- Fluent German and very good English skills (spoken & written)
- Asks whether permanent employees require visa support (permanent employees must reside in Germany)
