• Du stellst sicher, dass die Daten in unserem CRM und Backend stets korrekt gepflegt sind
• Du unterstützt unsere Enterprise-Kund:innen bei der An- und Abmeldung neuer User
• Du unterstützt beim Versand der Rechnungen an unsere Kund:innen sowie im Mahnwesen
• Du beantwortest schriftlich Fragen unserer B2B-Kund:innen
• Du stehst in engem Austausch mit unseren Teams im User Support, Customer Success und Development
• Zusätzlich unterstützt du das Operations-Team bei weiteren administrativen Aufgaben

Customer Success Manager

• Set up and deploy CRM campaigns (emails, push, in-app), ensuring high quality and on-time delivery
• Support segmentation and targeting using existing and new audience lists
• Assist in managing and QAing CRM lifecycle journeys
• Execute, analyze and document A/B tests
• Monitor performance dashboards and flag anomalies
• Keep campaign briefs, templates, and documentation organized and up to date
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and commercial teams on campaign requirements
• Work closely with Senior CRM Manager and SFMC Developer to ensure smooth operations and data-driven improvements

Backend Engineer

• Design, build and maintain backend services using Kotlin and Java
• Work on our platform optimizing for performance, scalability and stability
• Design and implement systems that effectively bridge between the digital and physical worlds of warehouse operations
• Engage in rapid prototyping to validate assumptions quickly
• Help to improve architecture and engineering best practices continuously
• Actively contribute ideas and help drive technical discussions
• Collaborate closely with peers, product manager and stakeholders to build features from idea to production
• Visit warehouses to understand services firsthand, observe employees and gather feedback to improve services and UX
• Own applications that directly impact day-to-day warehouse operations (unpacking, grading, picking, wrapping orders)
