Technical Support Manager

• Own the end-to-end technical strategy and execution roadmap for AI-enabled product capabilities across the StarCompliance platform.
• Drive adoption of generative AI, LLM-based architectures, predictive analytics, graph intelligence, recommendation systems, and semantic search where these deliver measurable customer value.
• Own the data foundation strategy, ensuring clean, trusted, well-governed data underpins every AI initiative.
• Build robust MLOps capabilities, including model training pipelines, versioning, monitoring, A/B experimentation, and drift detection.
• Champion pragmatic AI adoption within engineering and product development, accelerating how we build, not just what we build.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing Data & AI organisation across data engineering, data science, ML engineering and analytics.

• Lead the discovery and documentation of client-defined configuration requirements.
• Develop and deliver Functional and Target Configuration Specifications, ensuring formal client approval and sign-off.
• Configure the StarCompliance application according to agreed specifications and best practices.
• Support clients through the initial rollout and adoption of the platform across their organization.
• Deliver tailored client training sessions and provide expert implementation support during the deployment phase.
• Facilitate structured user feedback sessions to identify problem areas and clarify feature requests
• Identify, assess, and escalate delivery risks; collaborate with Professional Services leadership and Relationship Management teams to drive timely resolution.

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for AI and data-driven products, ensuring it is ambitious, commercially grounded, and aligned with company strategy.
• Identify new AI-first product opportunities, including new products, modules, SKUs, and platform capabilities that expand StarCompliance’s value proposition.
• Refine and validate product concepts that use AI at the core, including generative AI, predictive analytics, intelligent recommendations, semantic search, graph-based insights, workflow automation, and decision support.
• Prioritise opportunities based on customer value, commercial potential, technical feasibility, regulatory sensitivity, and strategic fit, defining clear outcomes, success metrics, adoption targets, and value hypotheses.
• Interface directly with customers, prospects, partners, industry experts, and internal commercial teams to understand demand for AI-enabled compliance solutions.
• Evaluate market readiness, willingness to pay, competitive positioning, packaging, and monetisation potential for new AI use cases.
• Translate market insight into well-structured product requirements, commercial cases, and roadmap recommendations.
• Develop a strong understanding of how regulated organisations adopt AI, including their governance, explainability, security, and risk management expectations.
• Partner closely with the Head of Data & AI to move AI product concepts from discovery through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Work with engineering, data science, architecture, security, legal, compliance, customer success, sales, and marketing to deliver production-grade AI capabilities in a regulated B2B SaaS environment.
• Ensure AI products are explainable, trustworthy, auditable, usable, and aligned with customer workflows — solving real customer problems rather than building technology showcases.
• Collaborate with other Product Managers to identify where AI can enhance existing products and workflows, and to assess value, feasibility, risks, and commercial implications.

• Own and evolve the roadmap for a portfolio of B2B SaaS compliance products, balancing customer value, commercial opportunity, regulatory relevance, technical feasibility, and strategic fit.
• Develop a clear vision for your products, grounded in customer problems, market insight, product usage data, competitive analysis, and company strategy.
• Prioritize roadmap initiatives based on measurable outcomes, including customer adoption, retention, revenue growth, operational efficiency, risk reduction, and competitive differentiation.
• Define clear product success metrics and use them to guide discovery, delivery, launch, and ongoing optimisation.
• Engage directly with customers, prospects, partners, sales, customer success, implementation, support, and industry experts to understand compliance workflows, unmet needs, and buying drivers.
