• Own and manage the SaaS monthly release cycle, leading Agile ceremonies and ensuring high-quality, predictable delivery of new features.
• Translate business goals, client needs, and regulatory requirements into clear product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a well-groomed backlog and prioritize features based on business value, client impact, and compliance risk.
• Act as a subject matter expert in compliance, ethics, or financial regulation, shaping product capabilities that address complex client and market needs.

Product Owner – New Architecture

Business Analyst

• Identify client-defined configuration requirements
• Produce Functional/Target Configuration Specifications and secure formal sign-off from client sponsors.
• Configure the application to agreed specifications
• Assist client firms with the initial roll-out of the application firm-wide
• Deliver initial client training and implementation support
• Facilitate structured user feedback sessions to identify problem areas and clarify feature requests
• Identify and escalate delivery risks and drive resolution with Professional Services management and Relationship Management for resolution.
• Partner with Product/QA to validate features and fixes; manage defect triage and prioritization through to resolution.
• Transition clients to Customer Support for ongoing support and on-demand assistance

Data Engineer

• Enhance the Reference Data Master (RDM) platform to provide consistent, quality internal data products
• Design and build scalable, efficient, and fault-tolerant data products using predominantly T-SQL on SQL Server in Azure and Azure DevOps
• Contribute to the predominantly SQL codebase and investigate/solve data issues
• Work closely with Data team members to identify, refine and build enterprise-level solutions
• Review code, advise and share best-practices with other engineers
• Run spikes and POCs for new technical innovation and share findings

• Support Sales Executives as the product expert throughout the pre-sales process to win new business and cross-sell to existing customers
• Educate prospective clients on the products
• Conduct initial product demonstrations and proof of concepts
• Manage and ensure completion of technical deliverables including Request for Proposals
• Configure prospect directed application scenarios and workflows
• Deliver live demonstrations of the product to prospect business users and senior executives
• Work closely with Product Team to identify product enhancements and communicate roadmap commitments

Support Engineer

• Application Support Engineer (Lead Analyst Role)
• StarCompliance is seeking a highly skilled, critical-thinking Application Support Engineer to join our growing CSS Environments Team. In this lead analyst role, you’ll provide technical expertise for Level 2 application support while driving operational excellence through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of our application and cloud environments.
• You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our web applications using your extensive knowledge of cloud environments and will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and delivering a best-in-class client experience.
• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and previous experience of web application support using Microsoft technologies (IIS/MSSQL) and a proven track record of successfully operating within technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Environments are an integral function within StarCompliance and work directly with Client Support Services, Professional Services, Product, Relationship Management and Sales. Technical knowledge is paramount for this position alongside deep critical thinking and an ability to methodically assess, direct or resolve issues which may not have been encountered previously.
