• Assist in the execution of marketing and business development strategies to meet Program growth targets.
• Provide guidance and support to Account Managers and Business Lines in identification and pursuit of major federal opportunities including providing critical input into client relationships and understanding, teaming, proposals, and contracts.

Senior Project Manager – Federal Program

Designer

• Work with guidance and direction on tasks and smaller projects
• Conduct basic interpretations of drawings, codes, and other similar materials
• Perform Revit and/or AutoCAD design for the mechanical and plumbing disciplines
• Coordinate with architectural, interior, and other engineering disciplines
• Provide field observation reports
• Perform basic calculations to analyze and design individual building mechanical system components

• Perform bridge and structural engineering analysis

• Forecast, organize, monitor, and report on project design development and production delivery;

Engineering Project Manager

Engineer

• Design and engineer fire alarm, fire detection, fire suppression, smoke control, and special hazard systems for new and existing facilities
• Develop and review life safety plans and fire protection engineering deliverables
• Provide life safety and building code consulting services
• Analyze smoke management systems, means of egress, and fire hazards
• Develop site fire protection features and fire department access plans
• Perform alternative means of compliance (AMOC) studies and Performance-Based Design (PBD) analyses

• Update and maintain central HSSE training programs and courses as needed in accordance with regulatory, regional, and business-specific requirements

• Perform ESC, SWPPP and VWP inspections for sensitive transportation projects and high-profile clients

• Manage VPDES/VWP projects and support staff to maintain transportation project compliance

• Work within project scope, budgets, and design approach to deliver projects to clients on time, on budget, and at a high level of client service.
