About the role
- Respond to communication from both internal and external customers in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage orders and process credits on time and accurately
- Consult with Distribution Centers and Carriers to resolve issues
- Use product and process knowledge (which will be taught) to resolve relevant issues
- Continuously working to improve levels of service tailored to individual customers
- Download weekly orders and manipulate fulfilled orders via MS Excel
- Work with customer portals to manage query resolution
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP is highly desirable
- Prior experience in customer service role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a dynamic, growing organization
