• Provide technical support to customers from the hours of 4pm to 12am EST, via phone, email, video calls, and ticketing systems — diagnosing and resolving issues with Standard Bots robots
• Guide customers through troubleshooting processes, configuration adjustments, and best practices for robot deployment and operation
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and field service teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
• Document technical issues, solutions, and customer interactions in our CRM system (HubSpot or similar)
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to improve customer self-service
• Identify patterns in support requests and surface actionable feedback to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement
• Own ticket management processes and proactively recommend improvements where inefficiencies exist
• Meet or exceed support KPIs including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

Robotics Technical Support Specialist, 2nd Shift

General Counsel

• Own drafting, review, and negotiation of customer agreements, NDAs, supply agreements, reseller agreements, and supplier documents
• Standardize our terms & conditions and build a contract clause playbook
• Structure liability, indemnification, insurance, and warranty terms
• Negotiate data processing agreements, privacy terms, and AI-use provisions
• Support international expansion

Product Manager

• Own product discovery, strategy, and delivery for a core area of our platform (specifics depend on your strengths and interests)
• Go deep on customer problems—talk to users, visit sites, read manuals, understand how robots actually get used.
• Define what we're building and why, with clear specs that engineers can run with.
• Work hands-on with UX, interaction flows, and functional behavior — thinking through how an individual feature fits together with the rest of the system.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers to iterate prototypes, validate assumptions, and de-risk work early.

Systems Engineer

• Architect and build the core platform systems for the factory
• Design and implement software that orchestrates physical production workflows
• Develop APIs and services interfacing with robotic systems and factory-floor tooling
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, robotics, and operations teams
• Ensure reliability, traceability, and operational excellence of production systems

Senior Software Engineer, Manufacturing Systems

Operations

• Finalize sales orders, confirming accuracy and completeness before they move to fulfillment
• Use HubSpot to track orders and serial numbers
• Coordinate closely across the sales, production, and shipping teams to keep orders moving smoothly from start to finish
• Count and reconcile inventory, monitor stock levels, and flag shortages
• Place orders to replenish inventory
• Track loaner units in the field
• Manage returns and RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations)

• Build and manage highly granular keyword and ad group structures across category terms.
• Write and continuously test ad copy that maps to buyer intent at every stage of the search journey.

• Own competitor term strategy with a clear point of view on when and why to bid on specific competitors.
• Manage budget allocation across campaigns and ad groups based on performance data.
