Requirements

What you’ll need

J.D. and admission to practice in New York
6–10 years of experience with a substantial focus on commercial contracts and technology transactions
Experience with hardware, industrial technology, robotics, or manufacturing companies
Proven ability to negotiate directly with sophisticated counterparties
Comfort as a department of one
Excellent communication skills
