About the role
- Lead product vision and strategy: define and communicate a bold long-term vision for customer-facing technology products to support educators’ success
- Establish clear, measurable strategies and product roadmaps balancing innovation, feasibility, and impact
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to anticipate trends and position products
- Develop deep user insights through interviews, usability tests, and continuous feedback loops
- Serve as the voice of the customer and create joyful, empowering user experiences
- Oversee product lifecycle from ideation and design through launch and post-launch optimization
- Establish KPIs to track adoption, drive retention, and inform iterative improvements toward product-market fit
- Maintain documentation, testing, and quality assurance practices to ensure product reliability
- Use data-driven insights to guide prioritization, trade-offs, and resource allocation
- Identify risks, navigate ambiguity, and balance short-term wins with long-term growth
- Act as linchpin across engineering, design, marketing, operations, and analytics to ensure alignment
- Inspire teams through storytelling, drive accountability, and take ownership of product outcomes; report to the CTO
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, IT, or related field; experience considered in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Proven success in defining product strategy, building roadmaps, and leading products from ideation through scale
- Strong track record of customer-centric innovation, backed by qualitative and quantitative insights
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with deep experience in data-driven decision-making and KPI management
- Expertise with Agile methodologies and iterative product development
- A passion to work cross-functionally and bring out the best in others
- Enthusiasm to contribute to our vision and principled approach and to steward company culture
- Experience in K-12 education field (standout)
