Improve and maintain internal fundraising operations to enhance team efficiency and donor stewardship; build, optimize, and manage systems, processes, and tools that support fundraising strategies and execution; assist with the preparation and delivery of donor communications and campaign materials.
Act as a central liaison between internal stakeholders (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Development leadership) and external partner organizations; support collaboration in a matrixed environment, helping drive alignment toward shared fundraising goals.
Utilize CRM platforms like Salesforce to track donor activity, manage fundraising pipelines, and support reporting; ensure data integrity, consistency, and usability across all fundraising and communications initiatives.
Contribute to the drafting and editing of compelling donor materials, reports, and internal communications; translate complex project updates into clear, actionable information for diverse stakeholders.
Requirements
