About the role
- Own and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies across paid media (LinkedIn, Google, etc.), web optimization, conversion tracking, and growth loops.
- Rapidly test, measure, and iterate campaigns leveraging AI tools for creative development, targeting, and optimization.
- Launch and manage demand generation campaigns with a strong experimentation mindset, aiming to identify new channels and breakthrough tactics.
- Partner with content, product marketing, and sales teams to build coordinated journeys that turn attention into action.
- Contribute to and/or collaborate on SEO-informed content strategies that fuel awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage and improve organic search visibility , in collaboration with internal or external content/SEO partners.
- Develop reporting and dashboards to communicate performance and learnings clearly.
- Stay on top of digital trends, marketing AI tools, and automation platforms to constantly improve team agility and impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with ownership of paid channels, growth loops, or performance campaigns
- Proven ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Mutiny) in real-world marketing workflows—whether for content, audience insights, or automation
- Analytical rigor: You know your way around campaign metrics, attribution tools, and A/B testing
- Experience with content strategy and SEO best practices is a strong plus
- A builder’s mindset —you enjoy creating things from scratch and improving what’s already in motion
- Ability to experiment without fear of failure and quickly extract learnings from unsuccessful campaigns
