• Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable, reliable, and secure backend services using Python.
• Design and implement databases using both SQL and NoSQL architecture.

Senior Software Engineer, Backend

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Manage the scope lifecycle: opening codes, ensuring accurate invoices, managing third party costs, ensuring accuracy of client POs, reconciling billing against WIP, and closing jobs
• Foster relationships with non-finance teams to manage PO management, processing/payment of third party costs, and billing accuracy based on scopes of work and agreed payment terms
• Oversee billing and payment schedules to ensure accurate and prompt submissions and receipts
• Manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
• Lead timesheet management to ensure timely submission, approval and accuracy of timesheets

Administrative Assistant

• Proactively manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across multiple time zones, utilizing tools like "meeting find time" functionalities
• Act as a central point of contact, ensuring effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external contacts via email, Slack, and shared calendar access
• Leverage AI tools such as Superhuman, Fyxer, or similar AI executive assistants to efficiently draft, refine, and manage email correspondence
• Oversee and process expense reports within our ERP, including forwarding receipts and establishing email rules to streamline the submission process
• Expertly manage all aspects of domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, with a focus on securing optimal rates
