About the role
- Lead the new business generation and sales strategy for Left Field Labs, a creative technology agency, across its core pods/business units.
- Deliver revenue targets for each pod and manage end-to-end sales processes with enterprise clients.
- Build and maintain high-level client relationships; navigate complex organizations.
- Stay abreast of trends in creative technology and digital innovation; adapt to market changes.
- Collaborate with digital experiences, product innovation, and creative technology teams to craft proposals.
Requirements
- Track record of generating new business/sales of +$2-3M (yearly) for projects involving enterprise digital services, digital products/platform builds and experiential services
- Proven experience working in a Digital Agency or in a Consulting environment focused on digital products/emerging technologies (NO digital media, SaaS, etc.)
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills, with a track record of cultivating high-level client relationships.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in creative technology and digital innovation.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing market demands and technology landscapes.
