About the Role:
As we grow, we’re expanding our operations team to include Operations Specialists who will focus on executing the behind-the-scenes magic that powers our branded merchandise and gifting programs. You will help manage product listings, logistics, timelines, vendor communication, inventory processes, and order fulfillment to ensure an exceptional gifting and swag experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys owning operational workflows from end to end. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of order deliveries to our global customer base.
Stadium is based in New York City, but this would be a remote position. Candidates living outside of the US will be hired as independent contractors through Deel.
What you’ll Do With Us
Coordinate and manage the operational execution of orders across multiple vendors, regions, and timelines
Track and maintain order milestones including artwork approval, production status, fulfillment, and shipping
Ensure brand consistency and quality control by reviewing product specs, proofs, and samples as needed
Work closely with Customer Experience, Product, and Supply Chain teams to deliver smooth order experiences from ideation to delivery
Communicate with third-party suppliers and vendors to manage lead times, resolve order issues, and monitor fulfillment accuracy
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipping documentation, and project timelines
Support global logistics planning, including customs paperwork, regional compliance, and shipping coordination
Identify and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce delays or errors
Troubleshoot fulfillment or production issues and proactively offer timely resolutions
Ensure all operations align with Stadium’s customer service standards
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, merchandise production, or supply chain coordination (bonus for swag, promotional products, or e-commerce)
Highly organized and detail-oriented; you can track multiple projects without missing a beat
Proactive communicator who thrives on keeping stakeholders informed and aligned
Familiarity with order management systems, inventory platforms, and project tracking tools
Process-driven mindset with a knack for finding more efficient ways to do things
Ability to manage timelines and juggle priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Clear communicator (written and verbal) who works well cross-functionally
A team player who collaborates well with others but is also capable of independent decision-making
Embraces feedback and sees it as an opportunity for growth rather than criticism
Willingness to adapt to new processes, tools, or perspectives
