• Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of the Stadium platform and all its features
• Provide outstanding support by gaining a deep understanding of the client, their business, and concerns, ensuring all requests are handled with accuracy, urgency, and care
• Send timely and well-crafted emails to clients when needed—whether for updates, reminders, follow-ups, or guidance.
• Collaborate closely alongside other teams within Stadium to execute customer initiatives and goals
• Provide guidance on best practices and platform features to help clients maximize the value of our services
• Act as a trusted strategic partner and resource for customer needs
• Own and manage tasks from start to finish, following through on every detail to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

Customer Service Representative – Short-Term Contract

Sales

• Leadership & Strategy - Own new-business revenue, design the GTM strategy across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise.
• Player / Coach - Personally co-sell and close enterprise deals to learn on the ground and build a repeatable playbook for the team in addition to coaching and developing AE and SDR Sales Managers to establish a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Outbound Engine - Scale outbound to become a larger share of sourced pipeline building outbound motions (persona mapping, talk-tracks, QA checklists and pipeline ladders).
• Systems & Enablement - Set up capacity & coverage models (ramp, quota/rep, productivity), refine AE pipeline stages and forecasting, implement consistent AE team frameworks (1:1s, deal reviews, forecast inspections) and prepare board-ready reports.

• About the Role:
• As we grow, we’re expanding our operations team to include Operations Specialists who will focus on executing the behind-the-scenes magic that powers our branded merchandise and gifting programs. You will help manage product listings, logistics, timelines, vendor communication, inventory processes, and order fulfillment to ensure an exceptional gifting and swag experiences for our customers.
• This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys owning operational workflows from end to end. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of order deliveries to our global customer base.
• Stadium is based in New York City, but this would be a remote position. Candidates living outside of the US will be hired as independent contractors through Deel.
• What you’ll Do With Us
• Coordinate and manage the operational execution of orders across multiple vendors, regions, and timelines
• Track and maintain order milestones including artwork approval, production status, fulfillment, and shipping
• Ensure brand consistency and quality control by reviewing product specs, proofs, and samples as needed
• Work closely with Customer Experience, Product, and Supply Chain teams to deliver smooth order experiences from ideation to delivery
• Communicate with third-party suppliers and vendors to manage lead times, resolve order issues, and monitor fulfillment accuracy
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipping documentation, and project timelines
• Support global logistics planning, including customs paperwork, regional compliance, and shipping coordination
• Identify and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce delays or errors
• Troubleshoot fulfillment or production issues and proactively offer timely resolutions
• Ensure all operations align with Stadium’s customer service standards
