About the role
- Contract management for our customers: you ensure accurate maintenance of terms and consignment stock
- You maintain invoice discounts, price agreements and contract details, keeping an overview at all times
- You handle order entry in the system for our consignment stock and ensure smooth processing
- You proactively remind customers and field sales of open items and support follow-up activities
- You work closely with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to shape processes that are efficient and customer-focused
- Your ideas are welcome – you contribute and help continuously improve our workflows
Requirements
- Proficient use of MS Office is part of your daily routine
- You can confidently perform all tasks in German – written English skills are a plus
- Articulate and attentive listener – you understand our customers' needs
- You are a true team player and value the opinions and ideas of others
- The needs and expectations of our customers are at the center of your daily tasks
- You work independently with clear goals – focusing on solutions rather than problems
- Open to change in a dynamic environment
