About the role
- Support the consulting team in developing new business opportunities
- Proactively generate leads through digital sales channels
- Identify and research potential clients
- Develop creative outreach strategies
- Qualify leads and hand them over to the consulting team
- Coordinate initial meetings and support proposal preparations
- Build pipeline and follow up on leads

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Confident in initial telephone outreach and comfortable with cold calling
- High degree of ownership, structured working style, and reliable self-organization in a remote setting
- Interest in understanding services and communicating their value convincingly
- Proficient in digital sales tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Fluent German and strong English skills, both written and spoken
- Experience in highly sales-driven organizations is a plus
