Manager

• Responsible for sales growth of Össur bracing & support products
• Make sales presentations to all medical professionals within the assigned territory to elicit use of Össur orthopedic products and achieve sales goals
• Develop and build relationships with various clinical decision makers to expand Össur core customer base and product sales market share
• Help to develop effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives within designated territory
• Attains or exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual territory sales objectives for all products
• Utilizes all available tools to effectively execute the sales plan within the assigned territory and/or customer file
• Assess territory/customer reports and databases to effectively and efficiently organize and plan territory priorities and activities

Area Manager, Bracing & Supports

Sales

• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for lower limb prosthetic products within the assigned territory.
• Conduct scheduled sales presentations to orthotic and prosthetic (O&P) practitioners and other healthcare professionals to promote the use of prosthetic products.
• Utilize TSM to develop and execute strategic solutions to drive profitable growth within the territory.
• Maintain and utilize technical, competitive, and industry knowledge to overcome objections and implement effective sales strategies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clinical decision-makers, including prosthetists and other medical professionals, to expand the customer base and increase market penetration.
• Respond promptly to the needs of both internal and external customers, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement competitive sales strategies that align with corporate goals.
• Work closely with Sales Leadership, internal departments, and the Sales Effectiveness Manager to ensure seamless coordination of sales efforts and resources.

• The Sales Specialist Neuro Orthotics position is responsible for planning and executing Össur’s business strategy by advancing customer relationships and driving sales growth of Össur Neuro Orthotic products in targeted accounts within a designated region.
• Establish sales objectives and develop targeted sales activities to achieve these goals.
• Develop and use industrial, technical, and competitive knowledge to overcome objections and effectively implement sales and product strategies.
• Make scheduled personalized sales presentations to Orthotists, other medical professionals, and key decision-makers in the assigned region to elicit the use of Össur products and achieve sales goals.
• Collaborate with Sales Management, Össur Academy, and internal personnel to achieve objectives.
