About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Sales Specialist Neuro Orthotics position is responsible for planning and executing Össur’s business strategy by advancing customer relationships and driving sales growth of Össur Neuro Orthotic products in targeted accounts within a designated region.
Establish sales objectives and develop targeted sales activities to achieve these goals.
Develop and use industrial, technical, and competitive knowledge to overcome objections and effectively implement sales and product strategies.
Make scheduled personalized sales presentations to Orthotists, other medical professionals, and key decision-makers in the assigned region to elicit the use of Össur products and achieve sales goals.
Collaborate with Sales Management, Össur Academy, and internal personnel to achieve objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree required
5+ years in direct field prosthetic/orthotic sales
Experience within orthotics is preferred
Experience successfully utilizing Salesforce System preferred
Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to present to clinical, business, and mid-level administrative clients
Demonstrates quality decision making
Adaptable to changing situations
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational, analytical, task, and time management skills
Experience in contract negotiations preferred
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Teams, and system databases
Demonstrate proficient knowledge and use of Össur products
