About the role

  • As an Account Executive, you will represent us externally at customer meetings, trade shows, etc.
  • You will work closely with the Head of Sales and the CEO and support strategic deals.
  • Proactively identify and approach potential customers through active outreach and networking.
  • Cold calling and trying new approaches are part of your responsibilities — our mission to save as much energy as possible only works if we actively engage potential customers.
  • You will manage the entire sales process from first contact to closing.
  • CRM: You will help us effectively manage, analyze, and improve customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable qualification.
  • You are structured, disciplined, and highly motivated with the right growth mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships and maintain long-term customer partnerships.
  • You are a team player and can easily motivate and inspire others.
  • You enjoy travel as part of the job as much as continuous professional development in sales.
  • Engineering or a technical background is a plus.
  • You speak fluent German (at least C1 level) and have very good English skills — including in business conversations.
