As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with inside-sales responsibilities, you support our consulting team in developing new business opportunities and ensure smooth processes during the lead generation, proposal, and client support phases.
You are the first point of contact for potential clients and a reliable interface between Sales, Marketing, and Consulting.
Identification & Research: You systematically analyze the market and identify companies that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Outreach & Initial Contact: You develop creative outreach strategies, target decision-makers, and position carmasec as a pragmatic partner for effective cybersecurity.
Lead Qualification: You evaluate leads against clear criteria, document all insights, and prepare handovers so the consulting team can develop concrete deals.
Discovery Call: When a company fits our ICP and shows interest, you conduct the discovery call.
Requirements
You have at least 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in security consulting or other complex, consultative services.
Confident handling of initial phone outreach and enthusiasm for cold calling.
High degree of ownership, structured working style, and reliable self-organization in a remote environment.
Genuine interest in understanding our services and conveying them persuasively, also to technically proficient contacts.
Experienced with digital sales tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Fluent German and strong English skills, both written and spoken.
