About the role
- Design and produce engaging creative assets for marketing and sales collateral, reports, events, and campaign graphics
- Produce video and motion projects (explainer animations, webinars, promotional videos, digital ads)
- Create landing pages, emails, and interactive infographics
- Adapt and refine design files in Figma and Adobe CC to meet project needs
- Lead in motion graphics and video editing using After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Incorporate AI-assisted design tools (Adobe Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT) to streamline both static and motion workflows
- Collaborate with cross-regional marketing teams to balance multiple priorities and deliver high-quality, on-brand creative
- Stay on top of motion, video, and AI design trends, proactively bringing new ideas to the team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of professional design experience, ideally in B2B, financial services, tech, or SaaS
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro (motion graphics + video editing)
- Experience with Figma for collaborative design and digital assets
- Familiarity with AI design and video tools (Adobe Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- A portfolio demonstrating a balance of digital campaign work and motion/video projects
- Ability to take creative direction and deliver polished assets across multiple formats
- Adaptability to handle both fast-turnaround tasks and larger campaign builds
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for experimenting with new creative technologies
