About the role
- Create and publish a steady drumbeat of posts across LinkedIn, YouTube, and X using video, motion graphics, carousels, infographics, and text posts
- Work closely with product marketing and solutions engineers to showcase product features, demos, and technical concepts directly in social feeds
- Highlight customer stories, product differentiators, and industry insights without relying on gated PDFs or “click here” campaigns
- Adapt stories to the native strengths of each platform and experiment with new formats
- Translate highly technical shipping and logistics concepts into accessible, compelling content
- Track engagement and resonance at the content level and evolve formats and narratives based on performance and audience feedback
- Provide content to partnerships, support demand generation repackaging, and collaborate with customer success to integrate published content into customer communications
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, social media marketing, or related roles
- Demonstrated ability to create and publish high-velocity multimedia content (video editing, graphic tools, AI content tools, or similar)
- Experience working in or with B2B SaaS companies (enterprise experience a plus)
- Strong grasp of social platforms (especially LinkedIn, YouTube, X) and how content natively performs in those feeds
- Ability to collaborate with product marketing, sales, and subject matter experts to extract stories and turn them into content
- Comfortable with technical concepts and curious about learning the nuances of shipping, logistics, and enterprise technology
- Creative, adaptable, and scrappy: you can make something high-quality quickly and keep momentum going
