• execute and optimise tactical paid ad spend across digital networks (LinkedIn, Google Search, YouTube, X) based on strategic target personas defined by the Campaign Manager.
• establish and run digital contributor or brand ambassador initiatives that use the voice of scientists, engineers and current customers to drive peer-to-peer engagement.
• script, film, edit and publish high-quality, sophisticated multimedia assets (videos, technical blog posts, newsletters and landing pages) to support global campaigns and product repositioning.

• As our **Regional Sales Specialist – Liquid Handling**, you'll own the annual sales targets for the **Apricot** branded liquid handling product line across the entire **East Coast** territory.
• No two days look the same: product demonstrations, outbound lead generation, and post-sales support are all in your hands.
• You'll thrive in a collaborative team environment, supporting multiple territory and key account managers, while owning your pipeline end to end, rolling up your sleeves to solve real customer problems, and stepping up as a key stakeholder in the launch of exciting new Apricot products.

• Performing field service work such as on-site installation, preventative maintenance and repair work;
• Ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction through timely, concise, clear communication and excellent service delivery;
• Being available to travel at short notice in order to support other Field Service Engineers when needed;
• Timely completion of all required documentation;
• Communicating any product quality issues to the appropriate persons;
• Working closely with the Sales team and the Field Applications Specialists
• Carrying out core responsibilities effectively while meeting KPIs that measure performance and impact.
