About the role

  • Partner with Growth and Customer Success leaders to leverage operational data and identify improvement opportunities
  • Execute cross-functional process improvement programs and own a portfolio of projects
  • Empower and manage a small team of Process Improvement Analysts and Technology Specialists
  • Manage and improve Revenue Operations infrastructure, sales processes, and tech stack (including HubSpot)
  • Ensure integrity of data and data flows in HubSpot and other sales/marketing tools and system integrations
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Manage external vendors and conduct vendor evaluation and diligence
  • Lead planning and execution of process improvement projects with sponsors and stakeholders
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify and evaluate business opportunities to improve revenue operations
  • Document key processes to ensure knowledge management and smooth rollouts
  • Coach cross-functional team members on process improvement frameworks and change management

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in process improvement, preferably in sales, customer experience and/or operations
  • Experience leading process improvement or high-visibility projects in tech or tech startups
  • Proven track record and passion for creating processes that improve customer experience, deliver high quality and are efficient
  • Lean Six Sigma experience or certification (or other process improvement frameworks)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Suite/MS Office
  • Experience in cross functional collaboration and working in matrixed structures
  • Creative problem solving skills and ability to deliver easy to use tools
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multitask environments and juggle multiple priorities
  • Experience with change management and ability to influence cross-functional organizations
  • Prior experience working with HubSpot/Salesforce/CRM systems
  • Experience with customer-facing/customer service organizations (a plus)
  • Experience in management consulting is an asset
