Requirements
Overall experience of 8-10 years with 5 years in SaaS alliance or channel roles, ideally at Series B - C stage
Proven ability to recruit and scale partner programs across multiple countries
Strong sales acumen: familiarity with partner-led selling motions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable in remote and in-person settings
Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus (e.g., German, French)
Self-starter with strong project and stakeholder management skills
