About the role
- Lead the company's core financial process including annual plans and forecasts
- Partner with CFO to create growth plans
- Analyze operating results and prepare financial presentations
- Prepare consolidated forecasts and budgets
- Monitor monthly operating results against forecasts
- Develop financial models for adjusting forecasts
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of FP&A experience
- Experience in software and SaaS companies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adaptive Planning, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with NetSuite for financial reporting
- Advanced financial acumen and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead high-performing teams and foster a positive culture
