Conduct 4–5 hours of outbound calls and emails daily to prospective externship partners (clinics, hospitals, and outpatient centers) to introduce Springboard’s healthcare programs and drive new partnerships.
Engage, qualify, and schedule meetings with interested sites; manage outreach targets and conversion goals.
Track all outreach activity and maintain accurate partner data in CRM tools (HubSpot, Airtable, or Salesforce) to ensure consistent follow-ups and clear pipeline visibility.
Support site vetting and onboarding by collecting readiness details, facilitating agreements, and coordinating next steps with the Program Operations team.
Maintain relationships and ensure a great partner experience, following up with active and prospective sites to confirm placement needs and gather feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams (Career Services, Operations, Compliance) to align externship partnerships with student placement demand and program growth goals.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales, recruiting, admissions, partnerships, or outreach coordination (preferably in a healthcare or education setting).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable making high-volume calls daily.
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with experience managing outreach pipelines.
Strong attention to detail and proficiency with CRM or tracking tools (e.g., HubSpot, Airtable, Google Sheets).
Genuine interest in healthcare education, workforce development, or student success.
Experience working with healthcare organizations or externship/clinical sites (preferred).
Background in allied health, medical assisting, pharmacy, or healthcare recruiting (preferred).
Familiarity with CRM or sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, etc.) (preferred).
Existing connections within the allied health or healthcare employer ecosystem (preferred).
