Software Engineer

• Provide technical expertise in full-stack development.
• Collaborate with Springboard’s Learning Experience team and other SMEs to develop a full-stack course for beginners used as a Fortune 100 recruitment pipeline.
• Curate, create, review, and validate learning materials, instructional content, hands-on exercises, and assessments for accuracy and industry relevance.
• Design or review projects that reflect real-world workflows, especially incorporating APIs, databases, and version control systems.
• Support integration of AI tooling such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and LLM-based prompting into the curriculum.
• Ensure curriculum alignment with junior developer roles and evolving best practices in software engineering.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers to refine learning objectives and project briefs.
• Prepare entry-level developers to work in large enterprises alongside AI capabilities.
