• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing to offer, ensuring an efficient, high-quality process.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, success profiles, and team dynamics, translating them into compelling outreach and structured interview processes.
• Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping—especially for hard-to-fill roles.
• Track, analyze, and share recruiting metrics to drive accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to process enhancements that improve candidate experience, interviewer alignment, and time-to-fill, helping make Sprig’s hiring process best-in-class.

Senior Technical Recruiter

Affiliate Manager

• Serve as Sprig’s primary industry evangelist, amplifying our mission, product vision, and value prop across the UX research landscape.
• Help build strong business and use cases and showcase ROI of Sprig platform to research teams.
• Partner with Research teams at Enterprise companies to partner with Sprig.
• Build strong relationships with prospects, customers, and industry leaders through consistent outreach, authentic engagement, and personal presence at events.
• Write high-quality content including blogs, thought leadership articles, social posts, playbooks, and research-focused insights that drive awareness and inbound interest.
• Host, speak at, and attend high-end events such as prospect dinners, panels, meetups, conferences, and Sprig-sponsored programs.
• Collaborate closely with Sales as a strategic partner, helping open doors, warm relationships, influence deals, and support expansion conversations.

Research Partner

Full-stack Engineer

• Build and ship user-facing features – Develop UI components and backend APIs that help product and research teams understand user experiences at scale.
• Own small features end-to-end – Take responsibility for well-defined product surfaces or API endpoints, from design and implementation to monitoring and iteration.
• Collaborate and learn from experienced engineers – Work closely with senior teammates to review designs, debug complex issues, and grow your technical judgment.
• Extend your impact into AI and data systems – Gain exposure to distributed data workflows, prompt engineering, and the AI inference systems that power Sprig’s analyses and insights.
• Contribute to quality and shared understanding – Write reliable, testable code, improve observability, and document designs so others can build confidently on your work.

Chief Marketing Officer

• Design and lead initiatives that fuel Sprig’s pipeline and revenue growth
• Own the full marketing program, including Insights Table dinners, regional conferences, and flagship experiences like the Sprig Experience Research Summit
• Drive field marketing programs in partnership with field event managers and scale event-to-pipeline conversion playbooks
• Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and collaborate with Sales/BDR to achieve a 60/40 pipeline split by H2 2025
• Develop and execute integrated campaigns across content and events to achieve 4x pipeline coverage
• Track performance with clear attribution, reporting, and optimization of CAC and ROI
• Elevate Sprig’s brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across website, product launches, thought leadership, events, and sales collateral

• Partner with Product to lead product launches and create messaging, positioning, and competitive battlecards
