About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect: Identify and target high-growth Mid-Market companies and key decision-makers across product, marketing, and digital teams
- Outreach: Craft thoughtful messaging and leverage a mix of cold outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, calls) to generate new pipeline and book meetings
- Qualify: Understand customer challenges and clearly communicate Sprig’s value to determine strong product–market fit
- Close: Run efficient sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and confidently guide prospects from discovery through close in a fast-paced startup environment
- Expand: Partner with customers post-sale to identify opportunities to expand Sprig across additional teams, products, and use cases
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in a closing role focused on net-new business
- Hunter mentality – you enjoy prospecting, building pipeline, and creating opportunities from scratch
- Proven track record of success in a quota-carrying role with strong pipeline management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset – you’re a self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments and is eager to learn and grow
- Competitive drive – you bring energy, resilience, and the motivation to consistently perform at a high level
- Strong communication skills – you can clearly articulate value and build trust with a variety of stakeholders.
