About the role
- Develop, implement, and manage full cycle recruiting strategies
- Partner with hiring managers and executives to identify workforce needs
- Ensure recruiting processes comply with government contracting regulations
- Build and maintain pipelines of cleared and non-cleared technical candidates
- Drive all hiring objectives and maintain a high-level candidate experience
- Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and job boards
Requirements
- 8+ years of proven recruiting experience
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements related to federal contracting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or related field
- Direct experience in government contracting recruitment
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruiting analytics tools (ADP required)
