Lead project management efforts to execute strategic initiatives effectively; oversee planning, implementation, and tracking of short-term and long-term projects.
Develop, document, and implement scalable processes and systems; create comprehensive documentation and training programs to ensure organizational understanding.
Work closely with the technology team to articulate process needs and enable development of software solutions and automation tools to support business scalability.
Define and implement key performance indicators and management systems to measure operational success, identify areas of concern, and drive continuous improvement.
Develop and oversee a robust framework for process audits to ensure compliance and efficiency across all operations.
Own the end-to-end process of onboarding new brands to the Marketplace Fulfillment platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to Spreetail.
Shape the operational framework and scale the Marketplace Fulfillment business as a strategic leader.
Requirements
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.
Proven ability to analyze data, identify issues, and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment.
At least 6 years of experience in a role with significant supply chain operations responsibilities, preferably in e-commerce, 3PL, or a related field.
Ability to travel up to 30%.
Preferred but not required: experience with cold chain operations and/or consumable product fulfillment operations.
Preferred but not required: Experience with large, strategic account management.
Project management prowess, process design expertise, and a deep understanding of technology integration to enhance operational efficiency.

Base pay range $100,000–$130,000/year + bonus + equity; dependent positions may include equity, sign-on payments, and other compensation; full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits may be provided.
