Facilitate AI use-case discovery and prioritization aligned with business goals.
Guide change management and user adoption strategies for AI-enabled solutions.
Evaluate off-the-shelf AI tools versus custom builds and advise on implementation approach.
Partner closely with IT, external vendors, and business units to support solution design and delivery.
Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to implement AI-enabled solutions and ensure successful adoption.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in IT, operations, or business/IT consulting, with exposure to digital transformation and AI initiatives.
Proven success in change management and business process improvement.
Strong understanding of AI and its application to business process transformation.
Familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart) and requirement-gathering frameworks.
Experience in agile-like environments, collaborating with both business and technical teams.
Exceptional stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Bonus: Experience with AI/automation platforms such as ChatGPT, OpenAI, Glean, or similar tools.
