Own reporting, modeling, and dashboards that drive cost efficiency, carrier performance, and process improvements across the ecommerce transportation network
Build and maintain reporting, modeling, and dashboards to monitor cost, carrier performance, and overall transportation efficiency, focusing on automation where possible
Analyze freight spend and carrier performance to identify opportunities for cost reduction, improved service levels, and process optimization
Partner with supply chain, logistics, and business stakeholders to uncover data insights, align strategies, and drive network-wide improvements
Proactively assess dispatch, lane assignment, and broader business impacts on transportation to optimize operations and ensure efficiency
Identify and close data gaps while continuously monitoring network changes to anticipate challenges and implement timely improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of analytics experience, ideally in transportation, warehousing, or e‑commerce
Strong skills in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, and PowerBI
Proven ability to build models, business cases, and financial analyses including budgeting and forecasting
Experience creating or improving transportation or warehouse management systems and processes (plus)
Advanced education or additional relevant experience considered an asset
Must have an available work-from-home setup
Desktop/Laptop: 4th generation or higher CPU (at least Intel i3 or equivalent)
At least 4GB RAM
Windows 10+ or macOS operating system
Provide your own dual monitors
Strong, stable wired internet connection (DSL, cable or fiber) with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection
