About the role

  • Be the first point of contact for internal IT issues via our Service Desk hotline
  • Provide comprehensive support to all departments by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
  • Manage and resolve tickets within SLA timeframes using our ticketing system
  • Escalate complex incidents to specialized teams when needed
  • Assist in ongoing IT projects and support initiatives
  • Handle provisioning and maintenance of high-end end-user hardware
  • Collaborate with our global IT teams to deliver best-in-class IT services

Requirements

  • A university degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field
  • Preferably 1+ year of professional experience in technical support or help desk roles
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential
  • German is a plus
  • Solid understanding of Windows 11, macOS, and basic knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and networking concepts
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Prior experience with ticketing systems like FreshService is a plus
