Requirements
- Graduate
- Minimum 8 years of Experience as operation head in Technical Support process
- Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, and business acumen skills
- Self-starter, go-getter, proactive, dynamic and result oriented
- Excellent process orientation
- Good knowledge in MS office
- Hardware Pre-requisites: Laptop (16 GB RAM), Windows 11 Pro, Internet speed- min 50 MBPS upload and download
- Ability to work rotational shifts
