About the role

  • Create strategies with senior management and develop policies that correlate with the organization goal
  • Implement effective processes and standards
  • Work in collaboration with subordinate and senior management levels involving negotiations and influencing on significant matters

Requirements

  • Graduate
  • Minimum 8 years of Experience as operation head in Technical Support process
  • Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, and business acumen skills
  • Self-starter, go-getter, proactive, dynamic and result oriented
  • Excellent process orientation
  • Good knowledge in MS office
  • Hardware Pre-requisites: Laptop (16 GB RAM), Windows 11 Pro, Internet speed- min 50 MBPS upload and download
  • Ability to work rotational shifts
