About the role
- Lead recruiting efforts to source, attract, and hire great people
- Own the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Oversee all core HR operations with excellence and integrity
- Work closely with the executive team on organizational design and compensation strategy
- Develop and continuously improve HR policies and programs
- Be a culture champion and advocate for our employees
- Monitor the pulse of the organization and enhance the employee experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR roles
- Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (experience with Rippling preferred)
- Knowledge of HR best practices & employment laws
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP/SCP or similar is a bonus)
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential information
