• Capture and create content that builds CEO's presence in fashion-tech, AI, and culture
• Manage and grow SPREEAI’s social presence across various platforms
• Brainstorm, script, film, edit, and publish compelling short-form and long-form content
• Support the CEO at events by capturing content in real time
• Stay plugged into internet culture, platform behavior, and evolving preferences
• Build and maintain a thoughtful content calendar aligned with company goals
• Monitor comments and conversations around the brand and CEO
• Track performance across platforms and refine strategy accordingly

Social Media Intern

• Manage and grow SPREEAI’s presence across TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Threads, and YouTube.
• Brainstorm, film, and edit original short-form videos and create eye-catching graphics and posts.
• Collaborate with team members to capture behind-the-scenes content and day-in-the-life snippets.
• Engage with our community daily – respond to comments, DMs, and mentions.
• Stay on top of the latest social media trends, memes, and platform features.
• Plan and maintain a social media content calendar for timely posts.
• Track social media performance metrics and compile bi-weekly or monthly reports.

Recruitment

• Lead recruiting efforts to source, attract, and hire great people
• Own the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Oversee all core HR operations with excellence and integrity
• Work closely with the executive team on organizational design and compensation strategy
• Develop and continuously improve HR policies and programs
• Be a culture champion and advocate for our employees
• Monitor the pulse of the organization and enhance the employee experience
