About the role
- Develop and execute the public relations strategy.
- Manage media relations.
- Create and distribute high-quality content.
- Media monitoring and social listening.
- Develop and maintain influencer relations.
- Coordinate events.
- Manage owned media resources.
- Handle crisis management.
- Lead external communications efforts for cTrader and other Spotware products to increase brand awareness and web presence.
- Oversee a team of remote specialists managing multi-language media resources to ensure global reach and engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in public relations, ideally within the fintech, FX/CFD, or proprietary trading sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong network of media contacts in the FX/CFD industry.
- Understanding of the industry media landscape and ability to manage relationships with platforms, journalists, and influencers.
- Knowledge of trading platforms and broader financial markets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience drafting press releases, media statements, and editorial content.
- Proven ability to manage public relations campaigns and drive positive media coverage.
- Experience in handling PR crises and maintaining a positive company image under pressure.
- Experience managing international media resources, including publications and platforms in multiple languages.
- Ability to lead and manage regional remote teams, ensuring effective coordination and execution of media strategies.
- Advanced skills in using AI tools for PR and communications (media monitoring, content ideation, sentiment analysis, press release drafting).
- Fluency in English, exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
