About the role

  • Lead onboarding and implementation programs for life sciences CongressIQ customers onto Onomi, reporting to the Solutions Director.
  • Translate congress objectives into business workflows, event models, and engagement journeys that deliver measurable value.
  • Kick off implementations, create project plans and kickoff materials, run regular meetings, track progress to completion.
  • Partner with customer IT, compliance, and data owners to define integration strategies and ensure solutions support business workflows and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance, privacy, and security considerations are embedded in implementations.
  • Build reusable playbooks, templates, operating models, and reporting approaches for scalable, repeatable congress delivery.
  • Define onboarding flows and enable customers to be self-sufficient through knowledge transfer and documentation.
  • Establish measurement and reporting frameworks to evaluate congress business impact and validate with customers.
  • Progressively take ownership to independently lead end-to-end congress implementations and become the pharma congress expert.

Requirements

  • Navigate pharma organizations and stakeholders, identifying influencers and resolving compliance/IT/political hurdles.
  • Self-sufficient with technology; comfortable discussing technical concepts with customers and collaborating with solution architects.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with sales, operations, IT, compliance, medical affairs, and marketing.
  • Define integrations strategy (registration, CRM, marketing automation, data warehouses) and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
  • Program/project management: kickoffs, project plans, progress tracking, escalation management.
  • Design HCP journeys, standardized templates, playbooks, onboarding flows, and operational guidelines.
  • Define success metrics and reporting frameworks to measure HCP engagement, session participation, booth interactions, and lead capture.
  • Knowledge of pharma industry-specific compliance and data privacy (HCP engagement, GDPR).
