About the role
- We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our commercial team and lead the management of key client relationships, acting as a strategic partner to clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- This role requires a proactive individual who can manage both sales/account management and recruitment responsibilities.
- Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying new opportunities.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination with technical teams.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with HR in onboarding, leave tracking, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support when needed: invoices, payments coordination, and reporting.
Requirements
- Experience in account management or client services, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- Business acumen and strategic thinking to align client needs with business objectives.
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and complex service cycles.
- Hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes in the IT industry.
- Ability to source, screen, and engage candidates for technical roles.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and professional networks.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
