We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our commercial team and lead the management of key client relationships, acting as a strategic partner to clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
This role requires a proactive individual who can manage both sales/account management and recruitment responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying new opportunities.
Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination with technical teams.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with HR in onboarding, leave tracking, and employee engagement initiatives.
Provide administrative support when needed: invoices, payments coordination, and reporting.
Requirements
Experience in account management or client services, preferably in the software industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
Business acumen and strategic thinking to align client needs with business objectives.
Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Familiarity with B2B sales processes and complex service cycles.
Hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes in the IT industry.
Ability to source, screen, and engage candidates for technical roles.
Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and professional networks.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
