About the role

  • We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our commercial team and lead the management of key client relationships, acting as a strategic partner to clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • This role requires a proactive individual who can manage both sales/account management and recruitment responsibilities.
  • Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying new opportunities.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination with technical teams.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with HR in onboarding, leave tracking, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support when needed: invoices, payments coordination, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management or client services, preferably in the software industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Business acumen and strategic thinking to align client needs with business objectives.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and complex service cycles.
  • Hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes in the IT industry.
  • Ability to source, screen, and engage candidates for technical roles.
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and professional networks.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
