Act as presales technical lead: partner with Sales, validate technical feasibility, deliver technical presentations, support RFPs
Lead customer discovery sessions and design high-level architectures and integration touchpoints
Produce detailed solution architecture documents covering data flows, APIs, SSO, ETL, and compliance
Support post-sales implementation: configure SSO, API endpoints, integration modules, and guide customer IT teams
Act as escalation point for complex integration issues and work with engineering to resolve within SLA
Capture lessons learned and provide structured product and roadmap feedback to Product & Engineering
Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, templates, and best practices for enterprise integrations
Requirements
3–5 years in Solution Architect, Presales Engineer, or Integration Consultant roles (SaaS preferred) who worked in commercial/marketing applications: CRM, marketing automation
Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in building integrations: REST APIs, JSON, SSO, ETL, iPaaS (e.g., Mulesoft, Workato)
Salesforce and/or Veeva integration expertise in life sciences/pharma is a strong plus: REST API, Apex, SOQL queries
Strong understanding of pharma compliance aspects: data privacy, consent, audit requirements, and compliance with field force usage
Customer orientation and ability to switch between technical and sales-facing roles
Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles: presenting, pitching, negotiating with enterprise stakeholders
Skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts for C-level and enterprise architects
Experience running workshops to uncover business drivers, technical requirements, and integration challenges
Ability to tailor demos and prototypes to different customer personas
