Account Manager

• Manage day to day relationships with a large portfolio of Spotify creators in the digital culture space
• Help creators leverage the various tools, products and services that Spotify has to offer
• Leverage data and insights to educate creators on content best practices and how to optimize performance
• Collaborate cross functionally with wider Spotify organizations to highlight creators and support their initiatives
• Identify, recruit, and onboard high potential creators to Spotify
• Track, analyze and manage key quantitative metrics and business trends across a large portfolio of partners
• Solicit, organize and contextualize product feedback from creators and support with data
• Streamline partner communications for emails, webinars, office hours, etc. to ensure creators stay engaged on the platform
• Understand creators’ goals and identify Spotify opportunities to increase and engage their audience
