About the role
- Lead social strategy and execution across multiple client accounts, owning campaigns from strategy through execution
- Lead client calls and presentations and act as trusted advisor to identify opportunities and risks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, content, design, influencer, and paid teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Monitor platform trends, provide real-time content recommendations, and manage brand safety during time-sensitive or crisis moments
- Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X, and Facebook
- Create and edit short-form video and social visuals in-house using tools such as Canva and Figma
- Translate analytics into actionable recommendations; build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track performance and ROI
- Utilize social scheduling and analytics platforms and embrace AI-powered tools to enhance ideation and workflows
- Contribute to internal process improvements, best practices, and potentially mentor or lead teams as role grows
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social media strategy and execution (agency or in-house)
- Proven success managing multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Deep knowledge of platform algorithms, content formats, and amplification strategies
- Proficiency in Canva, Figma, and short-form video editing (in-house)
- Experience with social tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later), CapCut, AI tools, and scheduling platforms
- Experience building analytics dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Comfort with and openness to adopting AI-powered tools
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under deadlines
